Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Wondersite, operated by App Forge Labs LLC ("we"). By using Wondersite you agree to them. Contact: [email protected].

What Wondersite does

Wondersite reads a publicly available website you specify and generates a concept redesign of its homepage using the text, images and details found there. Redesigns are concepts: review them before relying on them or showing them to others.

Your responsibilities

• Only submit websites you own, work for, or are preparing a proposal for, and use redesigns accordingly.
• The original website's text, photos, logos and trademarks belong to their owners. A redesign does not give you rights in them. Before publishing a redesign, make sure the business owner agrees and holds the rights to the material in it.
• Do not use Wondersite to impersonate a business, to deceive, to scrape at scale, or to probe systems you are not allowed to access. We may refuse requests and suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Your content and ours

As between you and us, you may use the page layouts and copy Wondersite generates for your redesigns, including exported HTML, for any lawful purpose. The Wondersite software, looks and site remain ours.

Plans and payment

• Free. One redesign per day without an account; five per calendar month with a free account.
• Pro — $19 per month, billed monthly in advance through Stripe, renewing automatically until cancelled. It includes 200 redesigns per rolling 30 days, no Wondersite badge, pitch branding, HTML export and API keys.
• Cancel any time from the billing portal; Pro continues until the end of the paid period. We do not refund partial periods, except where the law requires it or at our discretion if something went wrong on our side — email us.
• API payments (x402). $0.25 in USDC per successful redesign, settled on-chain only after the redesign succeeds. On-chain payments are final.
• Failed redesigns (sites we cannot read) never count against an allowance and are never charged.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice to Pro subscribers.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Wondersite available and accurate but provide it "as is", without warranties. Generated content may contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before it arose.

Takedowns

If you own a website that was redesigned and want the redesign removed, email us and we will remove it.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
